Founded 1 March 2016 — by engineers who were trained inside Japanese enterprises.
BAP IT JSC is a vertical AI solution company that combines 500+ engineers in Tokyo, Osaka, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hue, the USA, Korea and Sydney. We were founded on the belief that software quality should not drop with geography — and on the operating principle that AI only creates value when it ships into production.

BAP's published mission is to empower people to bring the value of technology to life. The company is built on three core values: Leadership, Unity and Professionalism — and the operating principles of kodawari (the Japanese pursuit of perfection) and omotenashi (heartfelt hospitality).

CyberAgent lineage · built BAP on kodawari and omotenashi. Originally an engineer inside Japanese corporations, Thanh founded BAP on 1 March 2016 with the mission of bringing Japanese-quality software delivery to a global client base.

Established Ho Chi Minh office at Viettel Complex Building, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, District 10.

Hanoi office at Hoa Binh Complex Building, 106 Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay. Employee count reached 450.

USA partnership · Korea office
BAP forms a partnership with DatumX in California, USA. Establishment of BAP Korea office.
2024
Sydney expansion
BAP expands its service market in Sydney, Australia, completing the APAC + US + EMEA engineering coverage.
